🔐 Privacy Notice (GDPR)
This app stores and processes your username to identify you in connection with your employer's projects and checklists. Your username is provided to you up front by your employer/administrator.
The username may be stored locally on your device and transmitted to the backend services used by your employer for the purpose of creating, syncing, exporting, and auditing project documentation.
The username is retained as long as reasonably required for your employer to manage and maintain control of their projects and related documentation, or as required by applicable law and internal policies.
You can request deletion or correction of your username and associated personal data at any time by contacting your employer/administrator. If deletion is requested, your employer may be required to retain certain records for compliance or project documentation purposes.

This application is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer(s) of this app provide no warranties of any kind (express or implied), including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The developer(s) do not assume and expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for: data loss; corrupted or incomplete data; incorrect/false data entered or generated; synchronization issues; delayed or missing updates; export errors; misconfiguration; third-party service outages; network/connectivity problems; device failures; user error; or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of records.
You and/or your employer are solely responsible for verifying the correctness and completeness of all data and outputs (including reports/exports), for keeping backups when needed, and for ensuring the app is used in accordance with internal procedures and legal/regulatory requirements.
There is no requirement or commitment from the developer(s) regarding uptime, availability, maintenance, support, updates, bug fixes, security updates, or continued operation of any backend services. The developer(s) may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.
